「寄り添うかたち、移ろいを包む」 母から贈られた、冬をモチーフとするお茶碗に寄り添う袋をつくることから、 本作品は始まりました。 冬の寒さの中にも、春の季節の気配が静かに差し込む瞬間を表す冬の季語「春隣」を 手がかりに、手触りや質感を含めて温度や時間の移ろいを感じられる表現を目指しています。 絹糸を自ら染め、お茶碗を採寸し、生地を織り上げ、手縫いで仕立てることで、 使い手の動作や感覚に自然と馴染むかたちを探りました。 展示用の支持体には木曽ヒノキを旋盤加工しています。 茶道という格式ある世界観にふさわしい佇まいと完成度を追求することを意識しました。
「An embracing form, embracing transitions. 」 This piece began with the idea of creating a bag to accompany a winter-themed tea bowl given to me by my mother. Taking the winter seasonal word "spring next door," which describes the moment when signs of spring quietly creep in even amid the cold of winter, as my cue, I aimed to create an expression that conveys the transition of temperature and time, including through texture and feel. By dyeing the silk thread myself, measuring the tea bowl, weaving the fabric, and hand-stitching it, I sought to create a form that would naturally blend with the user's movements and senses. The support for the exhibition is made from Kiso cypress, turned on a lathe. I was conscious of pursuing a form and level of perfection befitting the dignified worldview of the tea ceremony.

「記憶に宿る温度をかたちに」 そこに私がいなくとも、作品から想いが滲み出し、触れた人の心にそっと届くことを願いながら制作しています。幼い頃、描いた絵を見て祖母や両親が見せてくれた笑顔は、今も私の中に温かく残っています。その記憶に宿る温度を手がかりに、色や素材、かたちを丁寧に選び取り、静かなやさしさと確かな完成度を併せ持つ表現を目指しています。
"Giving form to the warmth of memory." I create my works with the hope that even when I'm not there, my feelings will exude and gently reach the hearts of those who come into contact with them. The smiles my grandmother and parents showed me when they saw the pictures I drew as a child still warmly linger within me. Using the warmth of those memories as a guide, I carefully select colors, materials, and shapes, aiming to create expressions that combine quiet gentleness with a solid level of perfection.
